1. Acceptance of Terms

dbwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds. We employ advanced verification systems to detect and prevent underage gambling, and we cooperate fully with regulatory authorities to enforce age restrictions.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access betting and gaming services on dbwin, you must create a unique personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on our platform. Multiple accounts created by the same person or household are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. 3.2 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to immediately notify dbwin's customer support team if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. dbwin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

3.3 Account Information Updates

You are required to keep your account information current and accurate at all times. If your contact details, payment methods, or personal circumstances change, you must update your account settings promptly. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays in processing withdrawals, inability to receive important communications, or account restrictions. dbwin reserves the right to request updated documentation to verify any changes to your account information.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

dbwin accepts deposits through multiple payment channels specifically tailored for Bangladesh players, including mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), bank transfers from major Bangladeshi banks (City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank), and other approved payment methods. 5. Betting Rules and Regulations

5.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance

Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn by you. Bet confirmation is displayed on screen immediately after placement, and a record is maintained in your betting history. 5.2 Odds and Payouts

Odds are subject to change without notice until the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed and accepted at the time of bet placement are final and binding, regardless of subsequent market movements. Payouts are calculated based on the odds at the time of bet acceptance and are subject to maximum payout limits as specified for each market. dbwin determines settlement of all bets based on official results from recognized governing bodies for each sport or event.

5.3 Live Betting and In-Play Wagering

Live betting markets are offered for selected sporting events and are subject to rapid odds fluctuations based on in-game developments. Due to transmission delays, there may be a time lag between live action and the reflection in our betting markets. dbwin employs delay mechanisms to minimize the risk of late betting on already-determined outcomes. Any bets placed after an event outcome is effectively determined, even if not yet reflected on the platform, will be void and stakes refunded.

5.4 Voided Bets and Postponed Events

If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, all bets will be void unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. For multi-bet selections, if any leg is voided, that selection will be treated as void and odds recalculated on the remaining valid selections. In the event of a dead heat or tie result, stakes are divided according to standard dead heat rules. dbwin's decisions on bet settlement are final and binding.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before conversion to withdrawable cash. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

6.2 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

dbwin reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses if we suspect abuse, fraud, or violation of bonus terms. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect your ability to use core betting and gaming services but may exclude you from future promotional offers.

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

The dbwin name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks owned by dbwin and may not be used without express written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the dbwin platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our platform except as necessary for normal browser caching or with explicit written authorization. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and claims for damages.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by dbwin

dbwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions or any specific rules governing betting or gaming activities.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Creation or operation of multiple accounts.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion with other players.
• Abusive behavior towards customer support staff or other users.
• Use of automated systems, bots, or software designed to exploit or manipulate our platform.
• Breach of responsible gaming limits or self-exclusion periods.
• Failure to complete verification procedures within required timeframes.

Upon termination, dbwin may withhold any remaining account balance if the termination is due to breach of terms, fraud, or other serious misconduct. In cases where termination is not due to player misconduct, remaining balances will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

9.2 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all funds or they will be forfeited. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened under any circumstances. If you wish to use dbwin services again in the future, you must create a new account subject to our standard registration and verification procedures.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dbwin, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Technical malfunctions, system outages, or interruptions in service.
• Errors or omissions in any content provided through our platform.
• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, provided that we act in good faith to resolve such issues.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of dbwin services shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account balance at the time of the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is greater. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

dbwin provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You acknowledge that your use of our platform is at your sole risk.

11. Dispute Resolution and Complaints

11.1 Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of our services, you must first contact our customer support team through live chat or email at [email protected]. Provide detailed information about the nature of your complaint, including account details, transaction references, and any supporting documentation. Our support team will investigate your complaint and provide a written response within 5 business days.

11.2 Escalation Process

If you are not satisfied with the initial response from customer support, you may escalate your complaint to our senior management team by clearly marking your communication as "ESCALATED COMPLAINT." We will conduct a thorough review and provide a final decision within 10 business days. Our decision on escalated complaints is final and binding.

11.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of dbwin services that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint procedures shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh. By using our services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

dbwin reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of dbwin services after modifications have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes through email notifications or prominent notices on our platform. However, failure to receive notification does not invalidate the updated terms or affect their enforceability. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must immediately stop using our services and close your account.
